I found this blog a bit ago now, and really love her aesthetic.
She is gorgeous, her family is gorgeous, and her projects are EASY. That’s always nice. I am really curious to see what she does while her family is in China. A girl a, toddler, a sewing machine, should be fun! So I did a few of her tutorials. The first was the Ombre Dyed project. The second is this Square Top. Fabulous and easy, I made a couple.
I had picked up this beautiful Double Gauze from the Stitchin’ posts clearance on our way home through Sisters. I wasn’t sure what I was gonna do with it, but I revisited the tutorial for the square top and knew it would be perfect.
I picked up a Pencil skirt at the Goodwill. I intended to use it at a reference for darts and sizing. first I felt it needed a little fitting and updating. I really loved her ruffles, so we went that way with it.
But, I don’t have a picture of it yet…
