Gah! The week is flying by!
Monday my sewing trends post went up on Sew Mama Sew, be sure you check it out! I found some really great examples for this months trends of tops and bottoms. Separates are a big deal always, but I am seeing them everywhere.
While I posted yesterday about 2 pair of Mini Hudsons, Murphy loved them so much he demanded (quite sweetly) another pair!
We again used Charley Harper Organic Knits from Birch Fabrics. I love them, they are soft, cozy and perfect for tee shirts and lounge wear. 1 yard is just enough for a pair of size 7 mini hudsons, with a little left over for accenting a tee shirt or something.
while all these tones of green were not my choice, I am glad he is so into picking out his own clothes based on how he feels.
The fabric is an odd shade of brown, It works, but its hard to coordinate. So I went with a power clash that is just off in the primary zone to make it work. So far for KCWC I have made 3 pair of mini hudsons. 1 each day… maybe I’ll make something for Hawley as he is the one that needs the new clothes…
