I’ve been getting better and better at the “fast project”. I get about 2 hours a day to sew. That may seem like a lot to some , but I can’t really create my own work in that time. I can’t trouble shoot a bag design, or even work on bags. I can however, whip up some serious fast goodies that make me feel good.
Lately it has been bras and briefs. Not just for me, but more on that in another post. Today I wanted to share this raglan elbow length number that I am in love with.
When I picked up this knit from the remnant bin at Mill End, I wasn’t sure what it would become. I thought it was interesting, and there was just enough yardage to cover my top half. It was a little over cast the morning I made this, Maybe that is why it became a pullover instead of a tank. In any case, it is my favorite.
The fit is perfect. Just baggy enough in the right places. I wanted the sleeves to be elbow length, so I added a cuff to make it more sporty. This is a version of the Cochall hoodie that I am working on.
